Location: A lovely economical rental on edge of settlement in area of nearby foreign as well as Bahamian residences, on road to south end of island.

Very comfortable. New split air conditioning units all rooms, ceiling fans, new appliances, washer, dryer, cable TV, Internet, BBQ grill, deck in rear, beach chairs, completely fenced in, aux generator.
No water view but less than 2 minutes walk to famous pink beach, landlord is availabile if you need any assistance.

Daily maid service except on Sunday
