Your children play in the gentle surf or on the beach whilst you watch them from the shade of the covered deck. Breathtaking sea views from all four double bedrooms, each with private deck access.
Subtle lighting systems in the great room enable you to enjoy the wraparound sea view, curl up with a book whilst enjoying music on the surround sound Hifi or watch a DVD movie on the large, 40 ” Sony LCD HD TV. Relax in the Swedish-imported leather chairs and couches.
Cook yourself, or have your meals prepared in the recently installed, gourmet kitchen by your daily maid.
Eat casually at the bar
or dine at the formal dining table, close to others but separate, under cathedral ceilings.
Breakfast on the deck overlooking the azure sea. Sun worshippers follow the sun on the many luxurious deck chairs on the wrap around deck.
Barbecue and enjoy sundowners on the porch overlooking the palm trees in the tropical garden.
Choose between the cool air from the central air conditioning system, or have large fans waft circulating breezes.
All bedrooms have sea views and private access to the deck.
Each has its own bathroom with either shower or bath and toilet.
Built in cupboards throughout the house not only offer ample space for
your belongings but are also stocked with all the linen, towels and,
beach towels. Security is provided by hotel safes.
Modern double glazed windows throughout enable you to throw the house open to the elements, or dependent on the weather regulate both air and light with the individual, shutters. A generator ensures continuous electricity availability.
Two further self-contained cottages enable Landfall to accommodate even
the largest parties and multiple families.
Fish, snorkel and walk the 3 mile beach from the house, or rent a boat
with a local skipper to fish the calm shallows for pan fish or plumb
the depths for game fish from the nearby marina.
Dine in the evening at Harbour Island’s restaurants and bars,
from gourmet to island take out, all within easy reach.
The beach is protected by off shore reefs making the clear, warm water
absolutely safe for young and old alike.

Lounge, dining table, breakfast bar and kitchen. A telephone, TV with DVD/VHS player, washer and dryer, central air conditioning and automatic generator back-up all cater for your comfort.
