Private dock, walking distance to beach, a wonderful Bahamian housekeeper included with caretaker on premises.

The main house has a large living room opening onto both an inside and outside terrace, a media room and bar with French doors opening onto another covered terrace, 3 large bedrooms with AC, 2 baths, and complete modern kitchen. There is also a seperate guest cottage fully AC complete with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Both the house and guest cottage are equipped with satellite TV.
