2002) So what's a Briland bachelor baker? When employment is tight in Harbour
Island, the Arthurs have a way of enticing enterprising young people from Nassau
to come here to help out in the bakery. Most of us stay for a few months before
going off to school or other careers.
One visitor who saw several of the guys working in the kitchen dubbed us the Briland bachelor bakers. (Several of us are women, but they'll have to make their own Web page.)
I'm Tino, and I'm here until September when I'll start school in Miami in graphic arts. I've got some background in construction and architectural drafting, and I love being involved in building. But around the bakery, I especially like helping out with people who use our internet access service. Please say hi if you see me some morning!
