Conch Pearls

Few people know that on rare occasions, conch will create pearls just as oysters do. Only conch pearls have the coral color of the pinkest part of the conch shell. This cake recreates these rare and highly prized jewels with a scattering of conch pearls in white chocolate, and of course, a white chocolate conch shell atop each layer.
